Something about this trend feels off
Everywhere I look, people are hyping up The Great Lock In of 2025, a viral trend that, from September 1 through December 31, everyone’s supposed to “lock in” and crush the same goals they set back in January.
On the surface, it sounds good. Commit. Focus. Finish strong. But let’s be real, you’ve seen this movie. It reeks of the same old performative hustle cult so many women claimed they were done with. More pressure, more noise, and very little inner shift. It’s just the same pressure in a new package.
You can’t hustle your way out of a season of endings
Back in January, I told my community that 2025 is a Universal 9 Year in numerology. That means this year is about culmination, completion, closure, and clearing the slate.

It's like the Universe on a megaphone saying, “Wrap it up. Clear the clutter. Retire expired identities and release what no longer fits. End misaligned offers and relationships. Create space for what’s actually aligned with who you are now so you can welcome what's next.”
THAT is the work of a Universal 9 Year.
